The Outsmart Network is a division of Up North VIP, LLC which was founded by Ronald LaFaye in 2018. The Outsmart Network consists of Outsmart Debt, Outsmart Credit, Outsmart Lenders and Outsmart Marketing.
The overall scope of The Outsmart Network is to provide education, tools, apps and services to help consumers and business owners in the areas of debt, credit and marketing; all areas Mr. LaFaye worked in since 1980.
Mr. LaFaye has enjoyed the opportunity to build longtime relationships with dozens of his clients over the years. When asked about the possibility of retirement, he pointed to a text he received a few years ago, saying "If you could see me now, you'd see tears in my eyes because nobody has ever cared enough to help me as you have". This was from a single mom of three, working 50 to 60 hours per week, that he helped improve her credit and eliminate her debt (including her mortgage). He said, "This is why I don't retire".
Mr. LaFaye is going on 45 years of marriage to his soulmate. He has two children and six grandchildren. He enjoys most sports, traveling and, most importantly, spending quality time with his grandchildren.
